''I cannot even express how grateful I am to Daniel!
I failed two tests at the DMW Hollywood location (which I don't recommend choosing at all because of the rate of success being only 1-2 out of every 10 test takers, which is much lower than any other DMV in Los Angeles) and decided to take a lesson with Daniel before my 3rd attempt!
Daniel was very helpful, very professional, and very nice overall! It was very easy and nice to drive with him for two hours during the first lesson and then another hour the next day as a warm-up before my test. He gave me all of the tips on what the DMV instructors are going to be looking at! He was very patient to practice over and over again on my weak points! And we absolutely nailed it!
I passed the test today! and my DMV examiner was very happy with my skills.
Daniel also has very positive energy and makes you feel good and confident!
I'm very happy that I found him on Yelp and chose to go for it even though there were not many reviews!
I definitely recommend Daniel to everyone who wants to get their California driver's license! and also to everyone who just wants to feel confident and safe on the LA roads!

''What can I say about Cornerstone Driving School that the English language can properly express?
First, contacting them is super easy and they're responsive and patient over the phone. A bonus since nervous drivers are calling seeking help for the test.
Second, the service is unmatched. I've contacted other driving schools and instructors, weighed prices and locations but a friend urged me to check them out. I'm so lucky I did and can safely say I have awesome friends. Prices are fair! Very important to anyone living in Los Angeles.
Third, they made driving a breeze. They were calm, making me feel calm, gave me the best advice, not to mention picked me up and took me to the DMV but also took me back home! What more could you want?
With their help, I passed my test first try! They were supportive and kind. It's clear they really want the best for you.
And just in case I sound like a robot or a scripted review, I'm not -- I'm just an English major (lol).''

''Very glad we chose this company. Reasonably priced, extremely professional from start to finish. My son passed his written exam and had his permit to drive. Iwanted to give him a jumpstart on driving. I Booked the required hours over the phone in minutes. No money was required until the instructor showed for the 1st appointment (3 total appointments 2hrs each.)Thurday: Daniel texted the day of the appointment and then called when he arrived 15 minutes early to let me know he was here. This was good because I had marked the wrong time by accident on my calendar. Monday: Like clockwork, Daniel text me 15 minutes before the appointment. He took my son to the dmv (after hours) and showed him what to expect from start to finish. He had advised me that he may be 15-20 minutes longer before leaving to make sure he had the test down pat. Tuesday: Same as the 1st two days Daniel text, My son was so excited to go driving with his instructor. When the returned Daniel presented me with my sons completion certificate to verify all information was correct. And then let me and my son know he was just a phone call away. If you have read any of my other posts you will instantly notice that I dont usually take the time to review in such detail. But the fact remains the this instructors diligence should be rewarded the same in a review. I would recommend this company to anybody wishing to learn how to drive.

''I want to say Huge Thank you to Daniel!! For about 2 years I couldn't quite figure it out with driving. Lessons with my husband were really stressing both me and my husband out! So FINALLY I took driving lessons through LA Driving Solutions. And OH MY GOSH! What a difference it made! We were a little apprehensive about the lack of reviews at the time on Yelp, but did it at the end, and I'm very glad we did! Took 5 lessens pack, took my behind the wheel driving test after the 4th one, so the last lesson we were doing high way only. Daniel is always on time, is always ready to run an extra mile for his student. One time I needed to get home before the end of the lesson (my baby was freaking out), so Daniel was ready to transfer the time I lost so I don't lose it. Because he cares. That really makes you feel good and well cared for. So, Recommend!

The Driving Instructor Daniel is the best in the business I think. I have taken driving classes at other places but I never passed my exam. Daniel understands that student might be nervous but with his instruction I was able to know the rules, laws and practice defensive driving. I just passed my exam today and I am very happy. Daniel is very respectful and knowledgeable you'll make the right choice in picking this driving school.

Daniel is a great driving instructor, he is very honest and understanding all while being one of the most personable instructors you will probably ever meet. He has valuable information on DMV exams all over LA, from what will or won't garner a point (error) on the exams, to even understanding the tendencies of the specific DMV you are visiting. He has definitely helped me to pass with a near perfect score of 4 points, and I would recommend him to any driver who wants to pass their test. Good luck to anyone who is practicing!

I had an amazing experience with Daniel! He is by far the best driving instructor I've had, and with his help I was able to pass my behind the wheel test! I 100% do not believe I could have learned to drive or pass my drivers test without Daniel. Daniel has everything you would want in an instructor: patience, clear direction, and great sense of humor when you make mistakes. I remember the first thing he said to me was, "There is no sorry in the car", which had a lasting impression of how compassionate and understanding he is with new drivers. If there is something that you're having trouble understanding, Daniel will talk you through it, show you and have you repeat it until you feel confident doing the maneuver. In my case, I had great difficulty with turns so Daniel used a majority of our lesson to practice turns until I finally felt comfortable doing them on my own. By the time I took my drivers test, I was confident that my turns would not be what would cause me to fail. I am immensely grateful to Daniel and Cornerstone Driving School for all the help they provided me.

My instructor, Daniel, arrived on time and asked me about my comfort levels behind the wheel. He was very patient and thorough with his instructions, making sure whatever he was telling me would stick. I appreciated that he went into detail about the "why" so things made more sense. In the past, I've had lessons from friends, but am so happy to have finally made the leap into professional lessons. I purchased the 6hr lessons and am looking into booking the DMV road test. ''I was so nervous about driving in LA not having driven in many years. I needed to take my drivers test again and had been putting it off. A close friend recommended Daniel to me after she passed her test, and from the minute I contacted Daniel and his business, I have been so impressed. Every interaction is extremely professional and it's clear he takes great pride in his work. I did three 2-hour lessons with him plus a short lesson before my actual driver's test. He has a dual control car where he can brake/accelerate if he feels the need to take over, so I felt comfortable that I had some backup in the car. That's how nervous I was! His prices are very reasonable especially for the level of care he takes with teaching you exactly how to pass the test and drive safely in LA. Daniel knows every in and out of the test, which DMV to go to, and we practiced the actual routes the DMV will take you on. He's so personable and entertaining during the lessons so they fly by. Plus he picks you up at home or work and is always slightly early, so punctual! The day of the test, we went over the routes again and for the test itself, I used his car, and he accompanied me to the DMV and helped me sign in. The test was exactly as Daniel had described, with the questions the examiner asked and the route. The only reason I passed the DMV test is because of Daniel! He gave me the confidence to pass and finally be an LA driver! I would recommend him without hesitation to any friends looking to get their license in LA! GRAZIE MILLE, DANIEL!!!

''Excellent service. I'm from Chicago and never drove. I had severe anxiety and was very scared to get behind the wheel. Especially out here in Los Angeles. It is definitely more difficult than what I'm used to. I took 2 classes with a different service and it was horrible. I almost called it quits. I decided to give Cornerstone Driving School a try, and I am happy to say I received my license and I'm very confident behind the wheel. Thanks to Daniel, I was able to really feel the car as an extension of myself. He has several tips and tricks that make driving less stressful. He is calm and patient. He also knows the city well and will oust you in areas that will really give you the confidence necessary. The service was worth every penny. I took 4 or 5 lessons with him and I have driven every day since. I am forever grateful for him helping me conquer my fear of the road.

''I was a little hesitant at first when surfing the web especially after seeing the prices and low reviews this business had. But it's true what they say. Don't judge a book by its cover. I totally recommend this guy. Daniel is the most patient, funny, and helpful person you'll ever find in any driving school. I failed my test 2 times at Santa Monica dmv which cause me to lose my confidence. However, when I reach his business and when he answered the phone that day he was really friendly and willing to help. That's when I paid the 2 hour lesson because I wasn't sure if it was a good investment which it was and I paid the full package after that. Thank you so much Daniel for giving me the opportunity to earn my license and opening new opportunities involving driving.
